2. PROCESS WORK

In Task 3, participants were asked to experience the developed website and provide their opinions. An online survey was also conducted to collect their feedback and suggestions for improvement. The collected responses were then analyzed to identify usability issues, positive feedback, and potential improvements for the website.

Survey Feedback Summary (Positive Feedback)

1. Positive Feedback on Website Concept and Purpose

  • Users highly appreciated the concept and idea of the website, especially its purpose of supporting learning and improving productivity.
  • Users liked that the website is not only a learning tool but also helps users maintain motivation and complete tasks.
  • Some users mentioned that the website could potentially be used by a wider target audience beyond students, such as people who need support with task management and maintaining focus.

Improvement / Future Development:

  • The target audience can be expanded in the future by adapting the website for not only students but also general users who need assistance with productivity and task management.

2. Positive Feedback on User Interface Design

  • The cute illustrations, icons, and character designs received positive feedback from users.
  • The friendly and enjoyable atmosphere increased users’ interest in trying the website.
  • The consistent and calming design was considered helpful for supporting users’ concentration during learning.

Improvement / Future Development:

  • Maintain the current cute and friendly style while adding more visual elements, such as additional characters, backgrounds, and themes, to make the website more engaging.

3. Positive Feedback on Features and Functions

The following features received positive feedback:

To-Do List Feature

  • Users liked the ability to create and add their own tasks.
  • The feature was considered useful for organizing learning goals and managing tasks.

Friend and Chat Features

  • Users appreciated the ability to connect and communicate with friends while studying.
  • A shared virtual study space was considered helpful for improving motivation and productivity through collaborative learning.

Study Time Setting Feature

  • Users liked that they could customize their study duration and study even for short periods of time.
  • The flexibility of controlling their own learning sessions was considered convenient.

Improvement / Future Development:

  • Enhance social interaction features by adding:
    • Group study spaces
    • Private messaging
    • Audio features
    • Collaborative learning functions

4. Positive Feedback on Usability

  • Users found the website easy to use because of its simple and organized structure.
  • The combination of multiple learning features in one platform was considered convenient.
  • Users appreciated the flexibility of setting their own study time and managing tasks according to their own pace.

Improvement / Future Development:

  • Maintain the current usability while improving navigation and interaction design to make the website more intuitive.

Overall Summary

Based on the survey feedback, users especially appreciated the following strengths:

Strengths:
  • Cute and approachable visual design
  • Support for maintaining learning motivation
  • Useful features such as To-Do List and Chat
  • Potential usability for a wider audience beyond students
  • Simple and user-friendly interface

Potential Improvements:

  • Add more visual variety and customization options
  • Expand social interaction features between users
  • Provide more customizable learning environments
  • Develop additional features to support a wider range of users

Overall, the feedback shows that users positively received the website’s concept, design, and functions. The main opportunities for improvement are enhancing customization, interaction, and realism to create a more engaging learning experience.

3. FEEDBACK

  • Enable the PDF button to be clickable and display a confirmation message after the download is completed.
  • Organise the main learning space to make it clearer and easier to understand, and improve the overall interaction flow.

  • 4. REFLECTION

    In Task 3, the design that was mostly completed in Task 2 was developed into a functional website, and feedback was collected from actual users.

    During this process, transferring the designs created in Canva and the HTML files developed in Visual Studio Code into a complete website was challenging. The group had to revise and rebuild several parts multiple times to ensure that the website worked properly.

    Additionally, to avoid biased feedback, opinions, comments, and improvement suggestions were collected from more than five users with different perspectives. The feedback was then analyzed to identify areas that could be improved and enhanced for the website.
