Project 2 : Exercise 1 - Lalin Edit + Color Correction

Combine the pre-recorded Lalin footage and trim it into a 40–45 second video.
Additionally, apply color correction and color grading to the video.

In this assignment, I edited the recorded footage by cutting clips and adjusting the audio levels.
For the scenes where the characters communicate with each other, I added message images and improved the appearance and sound effects to make the scenes more engaging.

Next, I adjusted the brightness of the video.
I modified the light intensity and shadow levels to make all scenes look more natural and consistent.

Finally, I applied color correction and color grading to complete the video.

3. REFLECTION

In Project 2, I mainly applied the sound editing skills learned in Project 1, as well as the color correction techniques covered in class. Working in a group was a very interesting experience, as we had to coordinate the timing of video, audio, lighting, and actors while making adjustments to gradually improve the final result.

Using the footage and audio recorded by our group, I also created my own original trailer video. Everything was a new experience for me, and although I had to work through a trial-and-error process, I was able to successfully complete the project.

Since I had never properly studied video-related assignments before, working through reference materials and collaborating with group members in this class was a valuable experience that helped improve my skills and knowledge.
